Baliforyou Holidays has been partnered with most hotels in Bali and beyond for many years, tour operator and other company in tourism industry to provide our netter wide range of accommodation, unique tour packages, adventures tours, water sports, wedding, etc to choose from.

RESERVATION PROCEDURES

To book please complete reservation form on your requested hotel. In order to process your reservation immediately, you will be requested to send credit card information through Baliforyou.com secure credit card page. Our reservation staff will confirm your reservation immediately and send you an email confirmation as well hotel’s voucher for you to quote to the hotel upon check in. If your reservation can not be confirmed due to your requested room or hotel is fully booked, our reservation staff will inform you immediately and offer an alternative accommodation.  Should you do not receive any reply from our reservation staff within 6 hours, you may send us an inquiry email to check if we receive your reservation or you can call us at  +62 361 766 880. Should you prefer to send your credit card information by fax, you may print our credit card form and  fax the information to +62 361 766810.

PAYMENT

Full payment has to be made in advance prior to arrival and charged directly to your credit card. Based on Indonesian bank regulation, a credit card fee surcharge of 3 % for VISA and Master card and 2.5% for AMEX.

Please be advised all charges to your credit card will be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) based on bank exchange rate at the time of transaction.

CANCELLATION and REFUND

Each hotels has different cancellation policy and has stated on hotel’s webpage. Please check and read carefully the cancellation policy prior to submit your final reservation. Cancellation fee will not charge by our company, Baliforyou.com. However cancellation fees be charged by Hotel or other arranger with whom agreement have been made and for such condition that may occur, these fees will be charge to the clients.

CONFIRMATION SLIP, PERFORMA INVOICE

We will send your confirmation slip /“voucher”  by e-mail or facsimile once your reservation  confirm. (Please print this confirmation slip /voucher and bring together with you and show to the receptionist of the hotel upon check in). Baliforyou.com directly sends original voucher to the respective hotel.

Note: A separate voucher may be issued when you made reservation for more than 1 hotel or optional tours or packages.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

Each traveler shall responsible for obtaining the appropriate visa (s) and carry a valid passport at all times. All travelers to Indonesia must be in possession of passports with at least six months validity beyond anticipated return date and have proof of onward journey, either return of through tickets.

LAW OF AGREEMENT

The laws of the Republic of Indonesia shall govern this agreement. Any claim or legal action arising relating this agreement, the regulations of the Republic of Indonesia shall rule.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

Additional Terms and Conditions may apply to reservation, purchase of services and other uses of portion of this site and you agree to abide by such other Terms and Conditions.
